Here’s what you need to make one:
• 1 oz rose gin (we used H2 Craft Spirits Hibiscus & Rose Petal Gin)
• 1 oz pomegranate juice
• 1/2 cup chilled club soda
• Ice cubes
• Sugar for rim
• Pomegranate seeds for garnish
• Rose petal for garnish

Instructions:

1. Combine rose gin, pomegranate juice, and club soda in a cocktail shaker and stir.

2. Rub cocktail glass rim with a lemon wedge, then coat edge with sugar.

3. Pour cocktail shaker into a cocktail glass with ice, and top with a rose petal and pomegranate seeds.

Makes 1 cocktail.
