Even with all of the books, classes and advice, nothing can truly prepare you for the changes that come with motherhood. Those first postpartum months are overwhelming and joyous and exhausting and confusing and affirming, and most of the time we look back and wonder how it could have gone by so quickly. It’s a vulnerable time that can leave a lot of women feeling isolated. 

So this week we’re pulling back the curtain on the fourth trimester and first year with your new human, cause when shit is hitting the fan, it’s good to know you’re not alone.
